Although we take lots of things for granted nowadays, the reality is that our homeowners association does have a major role to play in regards to our community. Reagan Point is one of the only new home communities in the area that is being developed and built by a local builder, R.S. Parker Homes, at this time.
Association Management Group, one of the Carolinas’ largest professional homeowner association managers, was recently selected to manage Briarcliffe Estates, a well-established neighborhood of 750 single family homes in Elgin, SC, in the heart of the fast-growing northeast Columbia metro region. AMG will support the close-knit community of custom homes established in 1974 with financial services, including creating and managing contracts, procuring insurance, maintaining accurate financial records, collecting assessments and paying association bills.
Paul K. Mengert, founder and CEO of Association Management Group, one of the Carolinas’ largest professional homeowner association managers, has been elected chair of the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) NC Legislative Action Committee. Mengert was voted in by his NC CAI committee peers and will serve a two-year term.
